Application for registration.—Every licensee carrying on the sale of drugs shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 28, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
