Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of drugs shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 25 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
