Surrender of certificate.—Every limited guardian who ceases to carry on the guardianship of a person with disability shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every scholarship held by him has been disposed of.
