Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the limited guardian shall apply to the National Trust in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the National Trust shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
