Application for registration.—Every satellite communication operator carrying on the provision of satellite communication services shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
