Conditions of registration.—Every registered proprietor of a design shall carry on the application of a registered design only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every certificate of registration in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such certificate of registration for inspection on request by the Examiner of Trade Marks, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
