Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Nodal Authority in the custody of the Inquiry Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Nodal Authority; and where the Inquiry Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form H within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
