Safe custody.—Every keeper of a place of public resort shall keep every poison to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the conduct of a place of public resort is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every poison so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Superintendent of Police within fifteen days of the close of each year.
