Surrender of certificate.—Every cyber cafe operator who ceases to carry on the running of a cyber cafe shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every computer resource held by him has been disposed of.
