Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person carrying on a clinical establishment dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Appropriate Authority in Form 19, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every test report then held; and the Appropriate Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
