Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer shall apply to the Board in Form GSTR-9 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
