Application for registration.—Every public sector undertaking carrying on the management of a public sector undertaking shall make an application for registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 12-C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every sanction order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
