Application for registration.—Every pilot of a port carrying on the pilotage of vessels shall make an application for registration to the Conservator of the Port in Form 2, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every port clearance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
