Intimation of change.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine shall intimate to the Appropriate Authority, in Form 21 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
