Application for registration.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine carrying on the practice of Indian medicine shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Authority in Form 21, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every prescription held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
