Rule 7, Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2011 [S5N-RAA]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the practitioner of Indian medicine shall apply to the Appropriate Authority in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Appropriate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
