Application for registration.—Every money changer carrying on the business of a money changer shall make an application for registration to the Export Promotion Council in Form ANF-2A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every letter of permission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
