Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in second-hand goods shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
