Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in second-hand goods who ceases to carry on dealing in second-hand goods shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every firearm held by him has been disposed of.
