Application for registration.—Every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every importer-exporter code held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
