Application for registration.—Every landlord carrying on the letting of premises shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form G, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every agreement for sale held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
