Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a restaurant shall intimate to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, in Form C and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of three thousand rupees.
