Safe custody.—Every working women's hostel shall keep every institution to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a working women's hostel is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every institution so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Commission for Women within sixty days of the close of each year.
