Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the user of the national emblem shall apply to the Review Committee in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Review Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
