Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking who ceases to carry on the running of a motor transport undertaking shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every appointment letter held by him has been disposed of.
