Application for registration.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking carrying on the running of a motor transport undertaking shall make an application for registration to the Labour Court in Form II, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every appointment letter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
