Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a motor transport undertaking shall apply to the Labour Court in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Labour Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
