Grant of certificate of registration.—The Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of two hundred rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form 23 within sixty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every motor vehicle stated in the application.
