Application for registration.—Every permit holder carrying on the use of a transport vehicle shall make an application for registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in Form 29, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of fitness held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
