Surrender of certificate.—Every seed producer who ceases to carry on the production of certified seed shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insecticides Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every fertiliser held by him has been disposed of.
