Application for registration.—Every company secretary in practice carrying on the practice as a company secretary shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form CHG-1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of charges held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
