Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the company secretary in practice shall apply to the Competition Commission in Form INC-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Competition Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
