Surrender of certificate.—Every curator of a museum who ceases to carry on the management of a museum shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Goa in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
