Safe custody.—Every holder of a composite licence shall keep every sample of ore to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the working of a composite licence is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every sample of ore so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Mineral Foundation within thirty days of the close of each year.
