Application for registration.—Every holder of a composite licence carrying on the working of a composite licence shall make an application for registration to the District Mineral Foundation in Form H, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
