Application for registration.—Every record officer carrying on the maintenance of records shall make an application for registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
