Surrender of certificate.—Every paying guest accommodation provider who ceases to carry on the provision of paying guest accommodation shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every agreement for sale held by him has been disposed of.
