Application for registration.—Every paying guest accommodation provider carrying on the provision of paying guest accommodation shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every rent receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
