Intimation of change.—Every online gaming operator shall intimate to the State Sports Council, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Sports Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
