Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ticketing agent shall apply to the Metro Railway Administration in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Metro Railway Administration shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
