Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the management of a school shall apply to the Regulatory Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
