Intimation of change.—Every captive generating plant owner shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form VIII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
