Intimation of change.—Every dealer in weights and measures shall intimate to the Director of Legal Metrology, in Form C and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Legal Metrology shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
