Safe custody.—Every institution for persons with disabilities shall keep every grievance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of an institution for persons with disabilities is carried on, shall record in Form VI the description of every grievance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within fifteen days of the close of each year.
