Surrender of certificate.—Every institution for persons with disabilities who ceases to carry on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every hostel held by him has been disposed of.
