Application for registration.—Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form A, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
