Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the business of a travel agent shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Museum Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every monument held by him has been disposed of.
