Clause 2, Rajasthan Land Revenue (Map Control) Order, 2009 [S5K-HXN]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 15 of 1956); (b) "mortgagee of agricultural land" means a person carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land; (c) "patta" means a patta received, held or disposed of by a mortgagee of agricultural land in the course of the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land; (d) "Form 12" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
