Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of an institution who ceases to carry on the management of an institution shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
