Intimation of change.—Every manager of an institution shall intimate to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, in Form B and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
